  • What happens when I come for Hypnotherapy?

    I will gather information by asking lots of questions & finding out what you want from your treatment.

    I will relax you by using a gentle meditation while you are sitting in a very comfortable recliner chair. You will be relaxed to a calm natural state which is somewhere between fully awake & fully asleep. Some people will only experience the lightest trance state & will achieve the changes they want. Some people may go into a deep state. Hypnotherapy can be effective at any level of hypnosis.
    When you awake you will still feel calm & relaxed but alert & energised.
    Your first session will take about an hour & a half.

  • What happens when I come for a Holistic Healing treatment?

    After gathering information & establishing what you want from a treatment, you will lay fully clothed on a couch. I will perhaps lay crystals & work with essences & flower remedies on a vibrational level. I may use Reiki. I may also use NLP techniques, hypnotherapy or a light meditation to bring healing on all levels & beneficial results.

  • How much do you charge?

    For an initial hypnotherapy or holistic healing treatment I charge £60.
    Following treatments I charge £45.
    A Reiki treatment lasts about an hour. I charge £40.
    A tarot reading Is £35 to £40
    A tarot reading followed by a Reiki treatment I charge £70
    Past life regression is £50

  • What is NLP?

    NLP is short for Neuro Linguistic Programming. It refers to how we think, the language we use, the way we interpret the world around us & our behaviour & actions in situations. By becoming aware of how we think, react, interpret & behave changes can be made so we can achieve excellence. By taking models of success & positive thinking, strategies & techniques were created to allow this model of excellence to enrich others. These strategies & techniques are used to achieve great results. NLP techniques are used to dissolve phobias, traumatic stress, lack of confidence & motivation. These powerful techniques can make positive changes in minutes.

  • How many treatments will I need?

    I want to see clients for a minimum of 3 sessions, ideally 6 sessions. Best results come from having sessions quite close together, preferably weekly or every 2 weeks. When results are achieved I recommend maintenance sessions every 3 months. For people who come to stop smoking or a phobia for example, the maintenance would be for general well being or maybe to work on other issues that may concern you. Some people may need long term therapy.

    For Reiki or holistic healing clients, weekly sessions are ideal. Even coming once a month will give you the boost you need. I give myself a Reiki treatment everyday. Reiki keeps energy flowing & & gives your immune system a boost.

  • Will I be OK to drive after a treatment?

    You would be fine to drive. You would feel relaxed but very capable to carry on a normal day.

  • I'm receiving medical care & on medication, is it OK to have treatments?

    Yes my treatments complement conventional medicine. You should always consult your doctor first if you have a physical condition & clients should remain in the care of their doctors while undergoing counselling, hypnotherapy & holistic treatments including Reiki.
    Reiki works really well with conventional medicine & especially after surgery. Reiki accelerates our bodies own healing abilities.

  • I can't relax, how will you get me into a trance state?

    Many people have said to me that they can't relax & they have all have gone into a relaxed trance state. I've had one person who has not been able to relax in all the years I have been doing hypnotherapy & Reiki, but even then they received healing. You can never be made to do anything you don't want to do while in hypnosis & you're in control, aware of what's being said & what's happening around you, even when you're in a relaxed state.
